It was like 20 years ago when they changed the way horsepower was measured. So I would say the 130 will be just that, 130. It will take you a little longer for your hole shot, and your top seep will be reduced about 30%. In easier terms to understand, if your top speed was 65 it will be reduced to 45 MPH. If your hole shot was 300 yards long, it will now be almost 400 yards long, depending on the pitch of the prop.
