Boy, there are a lot large sized limits. Here in NY we have a short season to begin with. We can take one either sex deer with a bow license. Then you can apply for two additional doe tags. Last year was the first that you could use the does tags for the whole bow season. One other thing you could do is use a bow during shotgun season and take an additional buck.

I generally stay out of the woods however during shotgun season.
