It is good to hear from you. I am really beginning to get a bunch of responses about this idea. I put out a bunch of feelers and it is working so far. I have talked to other guides and friends and have looked at websites and have learned alot. First off, I am not interested in ripping anyone off, but I am interested in making it worth my while but yet a hunt to remember. I would rather build up a small clientele that could be repeat customers through the years. This idea seems to be the best one so far. I work a regular job. I pick up the customers on Friday at the Fort Myers airport. I feed them and house them for 2-3 nights in a local hotel(depending on airplane tickets). I pick them back up Saturday morning and take them hunting all day Saturday. And again on Sunday. They fly back on Sunday night or Monday. The initial guide fee would be $500. Then when a mature gobbler (8&quot walks within 40 yard range you are handed a bill for $1,000. The second gobbler would cost an additional $500. If one is fine then the remaining time left could be used for fantastic bass fishing, great saltwater fishing, wild hog hunting or scouting for future hunts. You tell me. I feel this is good. It weeds out the amateurs but allows me to make enough money to not want to over book. I believe I can supply 10 birds per season without trying. Therefore I will not book more than 10 hunts.
