Default osceola turkey hunt

I am new to this forum. I am considering the idea of selling osceola turkey hunts this year. For the last 3 years I have shot and guided for an average of 11 birds per season. I only shoot what I call a mature gobbler. That is one with a minimum of 8 inch beard and 1 inch spurs. Only the young and inexperienced get anything smaller. Last year the smallest was a 7 inch bird and the largest was an 11 1/2 inch bird by an 11 year old kid. I mostly have taken friends and family, old and young alike. I have become consistent enough to feel confident in providing someone with a very unique experience in the southwest Florida woods. I would like to know if there is any interest in this and if so what hunts have you been on and for how much. I would really like to hear your ideas.
