I know of farmers that just can't justify the loss of their feed they have stored that the deer get on and pee on and eat and what ever else they do to it. Elk are notorious for climbing to the top of stacked round bales and peeing on them. The allotted funds the government give to the farmers is way under what they'd get on the market,so they take itin their own hands and kill them under the scrutiny of them selves. It's hard to understand aswe are hunters ,but then again it's their livelyhood the animals are ruining. Go figure
