If he gave youthe right to hunt the property if you kept the property mantained. The other man had it leased from the man that gave you the right to hunt it. I would say that that is between the leasee an the leaser.As for the man apoligizing that is all fine, but I would ask the man thatowns the property to explain to the person that is leasing it that ya get to hunt it from time to time because you mantain the property as long as you do not interfer with theperson that is leasing the property. Just my thoughts.

But, if the could not come to an agreement would find somewhere else to hunt before next season.
