Hmmm.....

Me and grandpa are at his friend'sland hunting for a fews days. Grandpa's looked after and worked the land for the owner for 20 years.

Friend tells grandpa his boss is showing up at noon so we can clear out for the owners boss to hunt.

Boss doesn't show up, so we decide to hunt.

Boss shows up at 5pm, sees our truck and leaves.

Land owner calls grandpa and tosses us off his land because we weren't gone when his boss arrived 5hrs later than he was supposed to.

Land owner calls grandpa two weeks later and invites us back because "He misses us."

What should we do?

Landowner's boss has more pull with him than grandpa. Chances are the boss has just started hunting the land in the past couple years, if not this year. He's reaping the benefits of your grandpa's labor. Wanting the feeders back should be a major hint here. No feeders, no deer, no boss, no easy job. Your grandpa is being used by the landowner to score points with his boss and chances are the next time the boss wants to hunt you'll be booted again.
I think your right Beezer! I'd say the heck with them Unless he's going to tell his a-hole boss he can't hunt there, otherwise I'd be done with it.
