With the price of furs, you would be better off taking up other hobbies like coin collecting.
I had a trap line I ran when I was a kid, before school and after school and one weekends and I had about 40 traps at any one time and the best thing I ever caught was a skunk.
Now a days with all the coyote's and bobcats - about the best thing you can catch is muskrat and beaver.
Everytime the beavers gets established here, some fool comes along and traps them all out.
You can get a chunk of change into traps and a trap line and never make it back.
