You may want to look at the Samll Munsterlander - this breed is well known for tracking.

Blood tracking is a requirement for the German testing system.
either a Kuzhaar or Drahthaar may be also what you are looking for.

Now I have never trained blood tracking but in the dog world I know some who do.
