Deer hunting is like life. It is not always fair. I know a guy who shot a 240" monster in Kansas a few years back with his bow. It was his first buck with a bow. He lost friends over killing that deer! Many people made up stories about him taking it illegally. Guys would go into his work and give him crap. To me, the worst part about killing a deer that size early on is---what do you have to look forward to? He will never kill a deer more impressive than that.
