The 4 finger gives you a bit more ability to fire it by squeezing that outside finger on it rather than wait for the back tension. I think that's a plus for hunting when you need to "make" the shot happen. For targets I just know to relax and not tension that pinky in. But I agree that the 4 finger Insatiable may not feel comfortable in everyone's hand due to the swept nature of it. That's why I'm shooting the Target 4 and the Big Kid 3D (both straight grip). If you get the Ember II it comes with modules to convert it from 2, 3 or 4 finger and reverse it from thumb to ring or 4th finger trigger; you could try them all.
