Thanks for all the input guys. 7mm , no i dont reload, id like to get into it, my neighbor does and if i bought the dyes im sure he would allow me to use his set up. And yes there are times that we have shot in excess of 450 yrds and been successul here. My own moose shots from experience have all been over 320 yrds, other guys have been so lucky as to get them at only 20 yrds! I know a few old timers that swear by the 30-06 and have used it in Alaska on moose and it performed. Im definately gonna have to get her some range time and try these suggestions out, if anybody else has more, keep them coming, im always interested. Has anybody on here ever used the new T/CIcon in the new caliber .30 T/C?? I was just wondering what that caliber could do?
