Your best bet would be to bait them up with corn or something and shoot down a cleared area about 20 or so foot by 40 or so foot. Any limbs, vines, etc need to be removed to keep them from triggering the camera when the wind blows. Looks like that is a 40 acre parcel, but a big buck will cover 6 to 8 hundred acres easily.
