Like the Graveyard Zombie, I too have ordered quite a bit from Bowhunters Superstore from anywhere to just a $20.00 order to a $400.00 order. I always get great email response from them acknowledging myorder and shipping my order. The longest I've had to wait is four days and that was for the very large order. Sorry to hear about your problems but again I think it is probably due to TruGlo.
