I shot a excal vortex the other day at gander mountain while it was impressive I cant bring myself to sell my horton legend xt 175 to buy one. I like the lightweight of the excal and the trigger is alot better but my horton plain flat out kills deer. Maybe i'll join the excal crowd here in the future but for now ill stick with the horton. Whats the going rate of a excal vortex around you're area? Just want a comparison.
