I dont have any experience with the sniper I have the extreme 100 with .019 pins.
I am changing sights tho I was going to go with the sniper but changed my mind (which is nothing unusual).
I have the Spot Hogg Hogg-it sight on order mainly for the 2nd and 3rd axis adjustments Plus you can do micro adjustments to either individual pins or gang pins.
It is not a cheap sight tho specially seeing my wife dont know I am getting it
