To do it all the time all it would take is dedication and discipline. To shoot like that is work. It takes the proper mindset before settling into the gun and squeezing the trigger. It's the same mindset that make some shooters capable of a 90 or better in sporting clays or 100 straights in trap and skeet all the time.
It also would require a person lucky enough to buy three factory rifles capable of sub 1/2" groups at 200 yards.No matter how good the shooter is,without the equipment,it can't be done.
