I remember a few years back when Browning put the BOSS system on thier A Bolts having a contest to see who shot the best. The finals contestants used an International type target system that had a blank piece of paper behind the target that moved after each shot to make sure the required shots where taken.
Could someone have 3 factory rifles capable of 1/2 @ 200 yards? Dang sure they can. To do it all the time all it would take is dedication and discipline. To shoot like that is work. It takes the proper mindset before settling into the gun and squeezing the trigger. It's the same mindset that make some shooters capable of a 90 or better in sporting clays or 100 straights in trap and skeet all the time.
