I see everyone is discussing the rifles, but I doubt factory rifles will do what the individual claims. If so, then the bench rest competitors that that spend alot of money on their rifles are in deep trouble. Now realistically speaking What optics is this person using on these factory rifles. Most people have no idea about subtension of a reticle. I know of very few optics that are capable of that type of precision. I have a leupold scope that is only capable of 3/4 MOA and I paid well over $1000.00. I know a lot of people think that because they have a high magnifing scope they can shoot good groups, but a factory rifle and the average optic and factory ammo and to make a statement like that would only be out of pure ignorance. Not that I am attacking anyone or saying anything degrading about anyone. Only stating the truth.
