When you start talking about groups that small, it matters how you measure. Is he talking about the outside measurement of the group, or is he measuring from the "center" of the hole from each round. When you want a tight group, what is considered center tends to shift a bit.

That's why I measure from the outside edge to the outside edge. Also, how many rounds does he consider a group? Does he discount "fliers"? Two rounds isn't a group, and there's no such thing as a flier.
