The boots come at a cost and not just $$$ cost. If you are not very, very careful, they make a lot of noise. If you 're in your stand, be sure to LIFT and replace your foot...no scooting it or shuffling around. The boots have an anti-slip material on the bottom which is good...and bad.
On top of that, I don't find them to be very warm anyway.

Thanks I am thinking about ordering some of the base layer products, which I could afford the warm stuff that Artic makes, I hear that it is really nice stuff to bow hunt in. Nice and warm. I think I am at least going to get some of those boot warmers since my feet always freeze.
