If he is stealing your car, and you are in no danger, better let him take it....If you want to stop him, step in front of the car and block his way, then the car becomes his weapon, and you would be justified....

btw...Texas was settled and it's independence gained by the good people from NC, TN, LA, VA and other states.....

Once you take and qualify to carry a weapon you leave there with the understanding that you damn well better fear for YOUR life before you use
