Man this all sounds so good!! Makes my mouth water just thinking about it!!

Try this one its fast and easy: Crackered Deer Steak
Here's what you need!
2 poundsdeer steak or tenderlion
1 package saltine crackers
1 tablespoon of all the following:
Crushed Oregano
Crushed Basil
Garlic Powder
Minced Onion
Black Pepper

Smash or crush saltine crackers as fine as possible. I like to put them into a ziploc bag and roll over them with rolling pin. Then I add the above seasoning and shake them all together. Drop one steak at a time into the bag, shake to coat them, and then lightly press breading onto both sides of the steaks while in baggie. Next I drop them into a frying pan to sautee in butter over medium heat. Cook till golden brown or about 5 minutes each side. Fast and simple takes about 2 minutes to make breading and 10 minutes to cook. Usually I serve with instant mashed potatoes, Heinz jarred beef gravy, and biscuits. I also like to smother my steak withthe beef gravy.
