Yeah, I pretty much don't see the point in killing a cub black bear either. There's almost no trophy value to it, and there certainly can't be much left for meat on a 30lb bear, unless you shoot it right through the ribs. That must be like trying to hit a coyote pup for size of rib cage. And the meat isn't the best in the world anyway?????[>:]
eatsleephunt, here is best one SPROUL saved to last.
most if not all bear cubs are shot in head,hmmmmmmmmmmmm,they say to sproul,they were 150 yds away,running through brush, could not tell if they were not 500 pds. WHAT A SHOT!

SPROUL is no dumbie,reason the cubbears are shot in head is so they dont chew up the 30 pds of cub meat.

if you think those shots in head were made at 150 yds and 200 yds RUNNING as everyone tells me,well you know what i mean.

my past posts shows how most cubs are shot and its not at 150 yds.

been at this for 50 years bear hunting here in pa.
