I just want Rob to be able to sign off of the computor and not have to think about the contest.
Even without anyammendments the basic rules are simple and easy to follow. The (KISS) concept of "keep it simple stupid" should apply. I hopeno one is thinking about the contest when they pop a deer with any weapon.

Your always gonna get people who sign up and are never heard from again and I doubt there is much that can be done and if you have an active team then just consider yourself lucky.
