Some people may schedule a couple weeks of doubles when they return from their trip and then roll right into their home state archery season. Then, instead of being able to share their story with others here they would instead have their character called into question for doing something shadey when in fact they did nothing wrong. That would be a real shame.
Also assuming alot and more rare than a 5-7 day hunt.

Many people have friends here too, phone calls are made and usually word of the deer is on the board long before the succesful hunter has made it out of the woods. It's a great community. [/blockquote]

I have been an active member for almost 5 years and never placed a phone call to another member. Again, assuming a lot.
Assuming nothing, it happens, happened alot this year.

Who kept a kill "secret"??
Don't know, do you know?

If need be, that's what captains are for. To settle the what ifs, what the hells and the foul play.

Really?? voting on leaf thickness? I realize questions will come up and need to be dealt with but this one seems imposible to be accurate and something guys in trucks will not be held to the same scrutiny.
True but some will be obvious where others won't even be questioned. We know that. However, there is a distinct difference if I shoot a buck in the first week of Oct and post it Nov 10th and say look at the buck I just shot. It's not designed to find them all but to discourage those that might try.

Shame on those who lie and cheat, it's hard to believe anyone could be so dishonest.[/blockquote]

Agree 100%............but bringing that suspicion on someone who has done nothing wrong is worse IMO.
That might be your opinion but I feel it's worse to lie and cheat, suspicions can be dismissed with truths but lies and cheats are still that, liars and cheaters.
