If I am looking for anything that requires a set up or advice, I defintiely go to the local guy. But if I am buying doe pee or scent killer, etc., I go to Walmart or Bass Pro. I will never go to Bass Pro again for anything that requires assembly or set-up. They messed up in a major way on me whenI was buying what I thought was a simple item: arrows.I knew what arrow I wanted, and went in a bought a dozen. But the fletchings they attached started coming off during practice and now the nocks started coming loose, as well. Took it to my local bow shop and he laughed and re-flectched them for me. Unfortunately, my "local" bow shop guy is 2 hours away, Bass Pro is ony an hour and Walmart is only 40 minutes.
