Deer Steak Recipes??
I am sure you all are tired of hearing this question, but I tried to do a search but am never able to find anything on here? I was just curious if you were to go to the kitchen right now and cook some , how would you prepare it?
I myself tenderize, flour, salt@pepper,garlic powder, onion powder, salt free ms.dash and thats basically it. I sometimes add a small amount of bbq sauce if I feel like it.
I think its great and quick, but I am curious as to what everyone does??
I am always up to try something new.
I seen where someone on here said to marinate with mccormicks mesquite mix and I will be trying this the next time.
