The tenderloins -- or inner tenderloins, as some refer to them -- are on the inside of the body cavity lying alongside the spinal column opposite the backstraps. They're usually the width of your hand or smaller, and are somewhere around seven to 10 inches long, depending upon the size of your animal. One each on either side of the backbone.
