I ground up about 30 lbs of venison on Sunday. I made my boyfriend help (but we had the grinder situated so that he could still watch the Kansas City game). Didn't take too long. (and the Chiefs lost) I'm a bit jealous of Dan's grinder (the machine, not his wife).

In the past week I've made venison stew, venison burgers, venison tacos, venison stir-fry, roast venison... Tonight, I ate chicken.
