Awesome! Didyour buck just drop right there on the spot? Or was he able to run a little ways? You said you focused on the arrow in the dirt. Just curious with the heart shot like that! Man that is SUPER COOL !!!!

He took a sharp left ran ten yards and thencame to a main trail and took another left and ran about forty yards more. I would say the first ten he ran real hard, then when he was on a main trail he trotted a little. He then came to a small bedding area that I could still see from stand and he stopped for a few seconds and then took off on a diagonal death run for another ten yards crashing real hard. If you turn the volume up all the way you can kinda hear what I am describing, you can at least hear the crash. I could not follow him with camera because the tree I am in has a ton of sucker shoots that come up from base. I had a hard time with shot as it was and there was no way I could maneuver CB around tree to get him on tape. Plus I was excited and wanted to see where he went.
I plan on trying to mount him myself John, worst I can do is screw it up and have a skull mount! LOL!!
Thanks for all the compliments guys! I certainly did not do all this work for my wife!! LOL!!!
