It is illegal to kill a doe in PA without a doe tag....it is also illegal to tag a deer for someone else, that's two violations. Then, who sends in the report card..that would be you and that would be falsifying records, lying...one simple act of a friend shooting a doe illegally makes a chain reaction of unethical, immoral decisions...and when telling of it afterward, do you lie or tell the illegal truth.... not worth it.
