No, though most hunters are aware that shooting does is good for herd management, I do not agree with tagging someone elses deer. Throughout my life hunting I have heard friends and strangers say those are not GODs laws they are mans laws. Everyone can justify his or her reasons to bend the rules but they are there to put everyone on the same playing level. I lost my best friend and hunting partner as a direct result of someone bending the "rules". Hunting is not about numbers, it is the culmanation of the whole experience.
