I walk the line very straight here in Minnesota. I myself wouldn't do it. What bugs me iswhen people buy deer licenses that don't even hunt. Example, a 90 year old man buying a bow hunting or rifle license, 9 times out of 10 he's not out there hunting. Someone in his family is the filling the tag for themselves. Alot of gun hunters in my area do this and it pisses me off!!!
