Since I started processing the deer myself I usually end up putting the remains out with the garbage. The only problem is that I usually shoot my deer on a Saturday and garbage pickup is not until the following Wednesday. I normally crank up the second fridge to its highest setting and stick the remains in there until the day of pickup.
