I may have to try them on some varmits some time. Don't much varmit hunt though. Occasionaly shoot a groundhog out of the farmers field. Even ate one one time! Along with coon & opossum. They were all very greasy and not very good. However, a couple friends of my dadsat his workbrought some raccoon in and the people who tried it said it was great. They cooked it in a crock pot with barbecue sauce. I tried to boil mine first, then bake it. Still tuff as heck.
