I agree, take out the larger does and you don't have to worry...I stay away from yearlings...Look at the bb in the pic, see how his tail reaches below his rump, his ears look big and his nose is short, it's just plain obvious this is a small deer...
A Boone & Crockett doe usually has a nose that looks like it's a foot long....
I have a buddy that makes a mistake and kills a bb about once a year, problem is, he waits too late, when they look larger, because of the lighting...
He has a saying "A button buck is usually the first to enter a field, and the last to leave....In the back of the truck!!!"
