I honestly dont know how anyone can havea problem telling a button buck from a doe, especially if your bowhunting.. Just look at the head. They'll have buttons for antlers, their face isn't as long and narrow and there body size is smaller than a doe.. Now if comparing to a DOE fawn, then all you really have to go by is the Buttons on his head.. They are very easy to see, especially if you use Binocs.
