I was shooting my Tradition's Woodsman Flintlock today. It did just fine. Traditions makes a good rifle. A friend of mine bought his son that St. Louis Hawkins but not in kit form. Nice looking rifle actually. We had a little problem with it going off though, at first. Finally changed it over to a stainless steel hot shot nipple and pure Goex. All the ignition problems ended. It is a nice shooting little rifle. I was kind of impressed with it.
