ScentLok won't work any better than that NBC suit you asked about, in fact it has significantly less carbon, you'd be better served either buying the NBC suit or just finding a scent control scheme that works for you. If you buy the NBC suit you'll need to treat the outside of it with scent killer to get the "factory smell" out before use, then hang outside to air dry.

Scent killer spray is basically as simple as:
one box of baking soda
one pint of hydrogen peroxide
one ounce of unscented hunter's shampoo
a gallon of spring or other unchlorinated water, adjust amount to accomodate the other ingredients.

Mix the baking soda into the water, shake until the soda is completely dissolved. Add the peroxide and shampoo and stir thoroughly. Leave the cap slightly open so that excess gasses can escape for about 2-3 days, then use as needed. Shampoo can be omitted if unavailable.
