Does anyone think that there may not be enough energy with 120 grains of pyrodex shooting a 250grain shock wave???
I shoot 90grs of Pryodex R-S or Goex FFF...I have killed deer out to 143 yards with...You are using plenty of powder...

I also agree that you need to shoot at 100 yards (unless you are going to restrict yourself to 50 yard shots)...I'm sighted in 2 1/2 inches high at 100 with my load and I'm about 2 1/2 to 3 inches low at 150, which is my max range...
I use a 250 Shockwave as well.
