The last 5 bucks I'ved shot 3 have been in the evening, 2 have been in the morning. It really depends on which honey hole I hunt to say which time period I prefer.

Personally speaking I like mornings more than evenings because as the light filters in, my anticipation increases but conversely in the evening, as the light fades, so does ones anticipation although there is nothing like the magic hour.

I believe however that the P&Y statistics show that the majority of the entries are evening hunt bucks.
