Default RE: What is your opinion on hunting shows

I tell you what I think - most of today's hunting shows are terrible. Whatever happened to Steve Bartkowski and his show back in the day that was more about honoring God and nature as opposed to the kill? I came across this one show over the weekend that made me sick - some guy on there saying, "Something's gonna die today." Classless. I would not watch that show if I was paid per episode.

it is exactly that type of attitude that causes anti-hunters to think you and I are simply murderers. To me, hunting is much more about the experience, the land God created and the animals - and especially the memories made with close family and friends while in camp and in the field.

"Something's gonna die today" is a great way to make all of us look like ignorant killers with no appreciation for whitetails and their habitat. I wish I had that guys address and I'd show him what 16 inch guns look like up close.
You don't watch Ted Nugent Spirit of the Wild do you?
