How are they acting? Are they on alert or just minding their own business? If they are just milling around but not by you, you may want to think about moving your stand closer to where you are seeing deer. If they are on alert, then the jig is up and you (for some reason) are being busted and you need to take a step back and look at the whole situation to see why you are being busted.
