It' s just like anything. There are people who do things for fun, enjoyment, social etc. There are also people who do it for the sheer joy of competition. They GOT to win. Look at the golf courses. You' ll see people that come unglued and throw daggers at you if you whisper...... and then there are people like me. I have fun to. So, the guy who has to win takes more time and utilizes everything allowable to make a perfect hit. I' m a bowhunter, I could give a rats about a 12 ring, just get me in the vitals and ready for hunting season.
