Default RE: shooting fawns

As Christine has stated so well it is a personal choice.I personally can't do it.If our herd was out of control and ravaging the vegetation and we were experiencing significant winter kill well then maybe or probably I could do it.Obviously a sensitive subject.I wish my reaction was different when I see a picture of an olderhunter over a downed fawn. For me it is the balancing of the hunting challenge portion of the equation with the good of the habitat and herd portion of the equation.
This has nothing to do with the fawn conversation but it has come up with some other folks here.I personally wont eat veal, veal pens orsheds strike me as inhumane,I don't eat suckling pig or faux graus either.Just not my thing
