I agree with farm country. I am not looking to shoot small/young deer. I have the luxury of hunting about 400 acrs in Deleware county NY(family friends all one big piece). Even though it sounds like a lot it is a postage stamp as soon as I let one of those 1 1/2 yr old fork hornsout of my sights he walks out into a mind field of weekend warriors that must shoot at anything on four legs.I try to manage and do my part but the deer are free range and once they roam into uncharted territory they will be murdered.
