Just don't have the time. Someday when I slow down maybe. I do have a nice new garage to do it in but... I hunt pretty much every day of the season for deer and have 5 dogs to hunt in between my deer hunts. Then by the time I get home from night stand & get done taking care of the animals there is just enough time to eat and go to bed and start all over again the next AM. Hell, It's tuff just to fit in the ride to a butcher never mind cutting all them up myself.
