Iagree that they shouldn't be out there, or at least should be taught properly how to recognize and shoot within that range. However,I bet you would eliminate about 70 or 80% of the archers out in the woodsif you could enforce that rule.

Out of the people that I've known, and know, personally that hunt many of them have no clue what theirrange/limit is. They go buy what the weapon's effective range would be for someone who knows how to use it under ideal conditions. Instead of realizing their range is far more limited.I guess it's delussions of grandure or maybe some sort ofego thing.
