it depends on the area surounding that property. if the deer can get everything they somewhere else that doesnt see much human impact,2/3 will just move unfortunately. Its been my experiance with horseback riders on a couple properties I hunt. However, if most properties have such things happening the deer just get used to it. Sounds like you are in a developing area so perhaps you are OK.
